Okay, so it's a day late, but every Sunday, I'm going to do a selection of photos I've taken on my camera or phone from that week. Everyone goes to loads of places, but it just happens that I can't resist taking (sometimes pointless) photos!

001. My business cards arrived this week :) I designed them and then ordered them from www.moo.com who are amazing. They are a bit more expensive than normal, but all of your cards can be different. I just ordered the mini cards for now, in seven different colours. I couldn't pick just one colour, so it works out better this way. I'm hoping to get some postcards and stickers done when I've got some more money.

002. I really need to get more organised :/ I'm not the best at getting up in the morning, but I excelled myself this week. I forgot I needed to get up early on Wednesday morning to get fuel before I went to work. Resulting in me praying that the couple of drops of diesel remaining would get me 4 miles down the road! Luckily, it did, and I managed to get to the petrol station straight after work. To top it off, I forgot my sketch book too, but my helpful Mum dropped it off :)

003. I've been doing a work placement for uni at View Creative (www.viewcreative.co.uk) since May 9th. I absolutely love it, and really hope I can get a job there or in another local design company after uni. I've been mainly working on some logo designs for the re-brand of Village Dairy, who make yummy yoghurts. It's been great to sit in on the team and client meetings to get a feel for what the industry is like compared to uni.

004. On saturday, I went to Chester and Cheshire Oaks with Aled. It was a last minute decision, but I came back with some lovely goodies :) I love Superdry clothing, so I was really happy to grab some bargains in the shop at Cheshire Oaks. I also got some Pilgrim jewellery, which I haven't had in years and forgotten how nice it is.

005. In Chester, Aled treated himself to some much needed new golf clubs. He's great at golf, but his old ones are rusty and falling apart :/ So, I watched him go through the custom fitting routine and then ordered some nice new Ping G10's. No doubt, I won't see him for a week once they've arrived!

I went up to Aber Falls, in Abergwyngregyn, today. I’ve not been since I was about 10, so I couldn’t really remember what it was like or how to get there! Aled navigated the way, and after a 15-minute drive, we were at the car park at the beginning of the walk. We weren’t sure if it was going to rain, but it turned out to be a great day. The walk takes about half an hour to get to the actual falls, but it’s definitely worth it :) We got to see some lovely views on the way up. I’m really pleased with the pictures I took, especially the pink flowers. Wearing skinny jeans and pumps wasn’t the best idea though (need some proper shoes when we go again). We sat by the falls to have lunch, and it was so refreshing to see the views and sit in the fresh air for the afternoon. We would have carried on the walk further, but with my lack of proper shoes we’ve decided to go back another day.
